This article describes how to pair your iStaySafeAlert button to your phone.
Tip 1: This guide is written for the end-user.
DEVICE
Power-on device to get ready for pairing by pressing the button for 3-5 seconds.
Light on the button will flash when the device is press and there will be 3 instances of sound from the button.
Bring the device close to the mobile phone ready for pairing.
PHONE
Turn Bluetooth on in phone settings.
Open iStaySafeAlert app on the phone.
Click on the settings cog and select ‘Manage SOS button’ to pair device.
Phone will scan for devices, choose device to pair from the list of available devices.
Device is called R631.
Successful Bluetooth connection is shown in the app.
